What is BCP?

This contract opportunity is for a major pharmaceutical company located in Morris Plains, NJ. Initially a 3 month consulting assignment.

Activities:
Developing and maintaining Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans for business continuity.
Developing and maintaining Information Security/Protection Plans.
Conducting compliance reviews, evaluations and risk assessments as appropriate with corresponding non-compliance resolution implementation and ongoing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) recommendations.
Assist in creating colleague information security awareness programs for the business and ensure these programs are communicated to all colleagues on a continual basis.

Requirements:
Knowledge of COBIT and SOX controls for information security compliance.
Excellent Project Management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and can work well in a team environment.
Strong presentation skills and strong with MS PowerPoint.
Experience with Strohl LDRPS and NotiFind software required
Experience with project management for projects that can be either technical rollout type projects (i.e., new enterprise storage solution implementation), or client interfacing and support (i.e., assisting an application development initiative with capacity planning and implementation).
Development and maintenance of the overall project plan and risk assessment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
